(Reuters) - AOL Inc has agreed to buy The Huffington Post, the influential and rapidly growing news, analysis and lifestyle website, for $315 million, the struggling U.S. Internet company announced on Monday.
The move will create a media group that will have a combined base of 117 million visitors a month in the United States, and reach 270 million people globally, AOL said in a statement.
The deal follows efforts by AOL's chief executive Tim Armstrong to turn around the dial-up Internet access business by trying to turn it into a media and entertainment powerhouse, despite difficulties in attracting investors.

I am surprise that a news website is sold in $315 million. Which really great for Huffington post. There is 117 million users visit Huffington in one month this is really big number visitor for one site. I think this will able to increase the market reputation of AOL.

You can never foretell what any one man will do, but you can say with precision what an average number will be up to. Individuals vary, but percentages remain constant. As for designer shoulder bags, I particularly like this Louis Vuitton Keepall M41418, for its classic design and fresh inspiration as well as the exotic flavor of Lazio, that beautiful and charming town. You will never be left out by trend if you have this master piece
