I have a site selling health products. Its keywords are ranking on top in SERP but I am not getting a good conversion rate. Now please could anyone of you please explain what else can I do to increase the conversion rate ?

hi shruti, ranking top for a generic keyword doesn't means that it will get you business. it is the buyer keyword which produces conversions. for example. if you are selling weight loss tablet, then your keyword should be like "buy weight loss tablet" , "weight loss pills", "cheap weight loss pills". notice that all these keywords show the users urge to get/buy/purchase. for more keyword ideas Google keyword tool can be tried.

It greatly depends on how we use the keywords and their landing pages because if someone is looking for some particular product and you help land him on different page which he/she was not looking for.
