Many companies are trying to flaunt their own values, but little action. However, in order to attract and retain the next generation of talents, the enterprise must find effective ways to practice their own values.
Enterprise duplicity. We have a friend to find a new job, but he later said, "is totally different with my original thought." My students feel the same way. They think that enterprises spare no effort to beautiful value proposition to attract them, but can't see the value of joined the company.
Employees have the right to change the way of working. My students think, the enterprise all levels of employees is not allowed to change the old ways of working, put forward a new way of working. It kills large corporate innovation, contributing to the loss of employees.
Do not assume responsibility for their team leader. Most of the students have heard leader "of the pyramid upside down", but in fact, there are few people working in big company has experienced this kind of thing. They think, the traditional management structure is still prevalent, leaders are staff accountability of things rarely happen.
