Anything where you have to pay out money is a scam. You would need either a degree in something computer related to do IT work via a network from home, or a data analysist which also requires a degree these days. Every once in a while there will be envelope stuffing or CD assembling, but EVERYONE wants to work at home either a) because they are lazy or b) want to be w/ their kids.
