Other cool things they do is checking Alexa and Compete ranks, monitor Twitter, Facebook, StumbleUpon, Google+ and Digg and Delicious mentions. Track YouTube rankings, do universal search seo and check page rankings in 700 search engines. Check and analyze backlinks, monitor online competition and audit website structure and content.

Pretty nice for one set of tools and a free version never expires either
